Join us tomorrow at Symphony Park:4400 Sharon Road for our weekly nutrition workshop combined with an upper body workout class! This is your opportunity to showcase what you've learned in our nutrition classes by bringing your own healthy dish contribution.
**What to bring:**
- Yoga mat
- Your healthy dish contribution (keep it simple!)
- Water bottle
- Comfortable workout clothes (forecast: 74°F)
We'll meet at the park entrance at 6:00 PM sharp. We'll exercise to the music in the park and then enjoy our community meal together.
