Kika Jackson is a certified personal trainer born and raised in Charlotte, NC. She is the epitome of workout inspiration! Her passion for health and fitness spans over a decade. Kika specializes in "lifestyle training" that teaches her clients how to not only reshape their bodies, but maintain their health and life balance in the process. Not only is Kika a trainer, she is also a USA Amatuer Boxing competitor.

Functional Circuit Training
Recently, there has been a surge in popularity for Endurance Training, and there is a good reason for it! There’s no better way to develop strength, flexibility, and balance than through this method. Let me help you improve your fitness and overall health in a safe and energizing way. Tuesday is always dedicated for your lower body and Thursday is always dedicated for your upper body. In order reserve class slot please contact instructor at least 2 hours in advance.
Boxing With Kika
There is no better way to get those important muscles working than to engage then to incorporate boxing. Want to see maximum and efficient results? Then sign up for a class today. Designed to improve strength, coordination, and well being, this class is guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level. while teaching the fundamentals of boxing. This Class is held every Monday Wednesday Friday and Saturday at 11:00 am. In order reserve class slot please contact instructor at least 2 hours in advance.
Werk Fitness Policies
Personal Training sessions are 30 minutes long and classes are 45 minutes long
Please be on time for appointments and classes. Personal Training sessions that start late due to a client's late arrival will still end from the original planned start time.
Late Policy – A cell phone is the official time keeping unit. The trainer will wait 10 minutes for clients. After 10 minutes, it will be considered a no-show and that session is forfeited.
Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the session is forfeited.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please text 704-287-4500. Please leave your name, and information about the appointment you are canceling.
All Personal Training Packages and sessions must be paid in full prior to training. Upon completion of a package, if you would like to continue training you must purchase a new package before resuming training. Appointments will not be scheduled without payment.
We reserve the right to refuse services to clients who may not be able to exercise safely with the level of supervision provided by this program.
