Ladies and gents! Ready to level up? Starting Monday, April 21st, we're kicking off our 7-DAY SWIMSUIT SHRED CHALLENGE! This is your chance to push your limits, reveal those muscles you've been building, and get beach-ready!
THE PLAN:
• Morning sessions: Total body sculpting with swimsuit zone focus
• Evening sessions: For our elite athletes who want double the results
• Weights ranging from 2-50 lbs - time to challenge yourself!
• Boxing finishers M/W/F to torch those calories
**NUTRITION REMINDER:
Your results are 80% what happens in the kitchen! Remember to:
✅ PROTEIN: Palm-sized portion with every meal (fish, eggs, lean poultry)
✅ VEGGIES: Fill half your plate with colorful veggies at lunch and dinner
✅ COMPLEX CARBS: Fist-sized portion (sweet potato, quinoa, brown rice)
✅ HEALTHY FATS: Thumb-sized portion (avocado, nuts, olive oil)
✅ HYDRATION: Minimum 80oz water daily
❌ NO: Alcohol, processed sugar, white flour, dairy, fried foods
❌ LIMIT: Salt (causes water retention), artificial sweeteners
MEAL TIMING:
• Breakfast: Within 1 hour of waking
• Lunch: 3-4 hours after breakfast
• Dinner: Before 7pm if possible
• Pre-workout: Light protein + complex carb 1-2 hours before
• Post-workout: Protein within 30 minutes
EXTRA TIPS:
• Take progress photos (same time, lighting, pose)
• Get 7-8 hours sleep nightly
• Consider adding 10-min morning cardio
