Fight For Your Life is a 6-month cohort experience for individuals ready to train with consistency and intention. Participants attend regular WERK Fitness boxing and functional training classes while committing to structured education, accountability, and completion.

• Access to scheduled Werk Fitness boxing and functional training classes
• Structured 6-month cohort enrollment (no drop-ins)
• Monthly systems-based nutrition workshop (2nd Thursday)
• Monthly financial literacy workshop (4th Thursday)
• Progress tracking and accountability throughout the cohort
• Completion-based graduation at the end of the program
