Kika Jackson is a certified personal trainer born and raised in Charlotte, NC. She is the epitome of workout inspiration! Her passion for health and fitness spans over a decade. Kika specializes in "lifestyle training" that teaches her clients how to not only reshape their bodies, but maintain their health and life balance in the process. Not only is Kika a trainer.
Werk fitness is an USA Boxing style inspired group fitness workout gym. A 50 minute, 10-round full body boxing and strength workout crafted around heavy bags, medicine balls, and dumbbells. Werk Fitness delivers momentous results in a fun environment full of amazing positive energy.
Message From Coach Kika:
Proverbs 18:16 is a strong bible verse that reveals the answer of life: "Your gift will make room for you.”. What I was designed to do on this earth God has put that talent in me and it is what has enabled me to fulfill my vision of Werk Fitness. I started this business on a mustard seed of faith, and it has fueled me since 2017 and for that I am forever grateful. My biggest accomplishment to date is believing that I can do all things with Christ who strengthens me. No matter how many times my business has almost failed I've always managed to create sustainability by being purpose driven. My gift of boxing and fitness has made a way for me in life and being able to exercise my gift is where I find fulfillment, purpose, and contentment in my work.

Let me help you improve your fitness and overall health in a safe and energizing way. Tuesday is always dedicated for your lower body and Thursday is always dedicated for your upper body. Boxing With Kika
There is no better way to get those important muscles working than to engage then to incorporate boxing. Want to see maximum and efficient results? Then sign up for a class today. Designed to improve strength, coordination, and well being, this class is guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level. while teaching the fundamentals of boxing. This Class is held every Monday Wednesday Friday and Saturday at 11:00 am. In order reserve class slot please contact instructor at least 2 hours in advance.
