This isn't just about looking good - it's about FEELING good and building healthy habits that strengthen our bodies, minds, and communities. When we take care of ourselves, we can better care for our families and uplift our people! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ


THE CHALLENGE:

  • 7 days of clean eating (meal plan provided)

  • Daily movement (at least 30 minutes)

  • Daily water intake (minimum 64oz)

  • No beef, pork, dairy, fried foods, alcohol, or processed sugar
